Cancellation prior to processing: If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipping, we will cancel it at no cost to you. Cancellation after shipping: If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, we will credit your credit card account after the item has been returned to us in its original packaging, minus the original shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
