Cancellation prior to shipping:

If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipping, we will cancel it at no cost to you.

Cancellation after shipping:

If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, we will credit your credit card account after the item has been returned to us in its original packaging, minus the original shipping charges. You must pay for shipping and insurance when returning any items to us. We cannot credit your account if the returning order is lost in shipment.

Returns:

You may return an item within 10 days after our shipper's stated delivery date. All return shipments are at your expense. The product must be in original packaging. You must pay for shipping and insurance when returning any items to us. We cannot credit your account if the returning order is lost in shipment.

Licenses:

Sonic Studio products use PACE iLok™ for security. We strongly recommend using PACE iLok™ insurance policy as we do not replace authorizations for lost iLoks™.
